90 minute phone/video call consultation to complete a detailed assessment of your child’s current sleep issue/s, discuss your goals, and provide a clear plan for implementation
Custom sleep plan including everything discussed during consultation, plus additional sleep education and tips to equip you with everything you need
Support and check ins for 7 days. Most families require frequent support during the first 3-4 days, decreasing from there. Depending on the approach, support can be taken in 1 x block of 7 days or 2 x blocks of 3-4days
This package is also suitable during pregnancy. The consultation and custom plan would occur during the pregnancy, and all support would be for an agreed period post birth
